Cancellation Policy
We value and respect your time as a client. We ask you to do the same in return. A 48-hour notice is required to cancel/reschedule an appointment, even for emergencies. Failure to cancel within 48 hours will require 25% of the appointment fee, which will be charged to your card on file.
Exceptions to the cancellation fee may be made for documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances, subject to review and approval by Tammy Tubbleville. Failure to provide notice of cancellation and failure to attend the appointment without prior notification may result in forfeiture of any prepaid fees or deposits.
This policy aims to ensure that appointments are respected, and any cancellations are made with adequate notice, thereby minimizing disruptions to the schedule and allowing for the possibility of accommodating other clients.
Sessions can be rescheduled at any time before 48 hours if needed.
