FREE 15 Minute Discovery Call

  • We get to know each other, and I will get an understanding of your concerns and goals.

  • We will then determine if we are a good fit for what you are wanting to achieve.

 90-Minute Initial Session

  • Virtual Call

  • A holistic deep dive into your goal and concerns.

  • Discuss past labs taken, and labs to complete that may give helpful insight into your nutritional well-being.

  • Review your completed comprehensive assessment form that covers goals, health history, eating habits, lifestyle, and readiness to change.

  • A personalized plan is crafted to help you achieve your desired outcomes.

  • Emailed recap with goals and relevant resources.

  • Appropriate email support in between calls through the Client Portal on Practice Better.

30 or 45-minute Follow Up Session

  • Virtual Call

  • To break down results from nutritional labs if completed.

  • To assess progress, troubleshoot challenges, and refine your plan.

  • Emailed updated goals and relevant resources.

  • Appropriate email support in between calls through the Client Portal on Practice Better.

Pricing for Sessions

15-minute Discovery Call - Free

90-minute Initial Session - $150

45-minute Follow Up Session - $75

30-minute Follow Up Session - $50

Options for Payment

At this time, debit, credit, and HSA/FSA cards are taken as payment. Which is required when booking a session.

Insurance isn’t taken as payment at this point, and DandeWell will be considered an “out of network” provider to insurance companies.

You are welcome to contact your insurance to ask about coverage for nutrition services. If it is covered then a Superbill can be provided to you to file with your insurance for reimbursement.
