Payment Policies

Credit Card information is obtained when the session is booked.

Cash pay clients

  • All services are to be paid for at the time of the appointment. We accept major credit cards, HSA, FSA, cash, and checks.

  •  Dandewell, LLC does not provide any refunds.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide 48 hours’ notice WE do charge a $35 for failure to abide by cancelation policy.

  • Cash pay clients qualify for a 25% discount

Insurance pay clients - At this time Dandewell, LLC accepts BCBS Texas & Medicare as payment

All co-pays, co-insurance or deductible is due at the time of appointment, unless Dandewell, LLC deems otherwise. For this, a credit card is needed to be on file with Dandewell, LLC.  Refunds are only issued in the case of overpayment.

  • Dandewell LLC, as a courtesy will attempt to verify your insurance, along with any payment that you may be responsible for. A verification from your insurance is not always a guarantee of payment. 

  •  Ultimately you are responsible for knowing and understand your benefits. 

  •  I cannot personally guarantee coverage for services, and you are strongly encouraged to contact your health plan prior to the appointment. If you would like a verification guide to speak with your insurance company this can be provided for you. 

  • You are responsible for reporting any insurance changes to Dandewell, LLC. 

Insurance ‘Out of Network’ Coverage

If Dandewell, LLC is not contracted with your insurance, then coverage may still be an option.

  •  Most insurance companies will treat services as an ‘Out of Network’ provider. 

  • It is your responsibility to check insurance benefits and communicate with your insurance company about reimbursement of services.

  • You may request a superbill which you can submit to insurance for your own reimbursement. for the fees paid to Dandewell, LLC.  A superbill does not guarantee payment for services.
